<p>Okay, this is less of a chance me, than a question about what can applicant can do to make themselves look more appealing.
The College of Communications sounds amazing.
However, I was unable to find any internships over the summer, and my current college offers no classes that pertain to communications.
What can I do to show that I would like to attend?</p>

<li><p>Start a blog. It’s an easy way to demonstrate your passion! Focus on producing high-quality content.</p></li>
<li><p>I’m not sure what area of communications you’re interested in, but I know a ton of companies run “campus rep” programs. For example, Kembrel is an online clothing retailer that takes on students at campuses across the country to promote their brand. It’s definitely a good position to be able to put on your resume. Apply at Kembrel or at other companies with similar programs.</p></li>
<li><p>Write about why you want to attend the College of Communications in your application essay. (Alternatively, use your essay to demonstrate why you’re so passionate about communications.)</p></li>
