<p>Is it relatively easy for a male to get into the college of nursing being how few male nurses there are? Is it important to have experience volunteering in a hospital before applying to the program? I am a junior.</p>

<p>I’m applying, however, i’m a senior. I will apply! I also have hours at 2 hopsitals! </p>

<p>Here are a few stats given to me from the nursing department:</p>

<p>Average SAT: 1300+
Average GPA: 3.6 (from in-school transfers)</p>
