for wm, i am attracted by its vibe but Rochester has more resource from its medical centre
i know wm has better fame on undergraduate teaching but the ranking has been kept dropping to 40 while Rochester is now ranked 29
Rankings don’t actually matter. Especially if you’re going to med school.
