I’m interested in pursuing a career as a veterinarian but I have some trouble deciding which college to go to. I want to go to Pace University in NY and do 4-6 years there then go to Urbana Champaign UNI to do veterinary medicine.
I will be focusing on science based classes at Pace and I’m a good student so I maintain a good GPA. Basically I know what I have to do but when it comes to college, is this a good idea? I really love Pace and it’s been a dream of mine to go to NY, I also know I’ll be accepted so it’s very important to me. Nevertheless, some opinions would help. Thank you !
Pace is a good school. As long as it is financially affordable, it’s a great option if you want to go on to be a vet. Why the hesitation if you seem so bent towards Pace?
My family thinks it’s a better idea to go to urbana for the rest of college instead of Pace and switch, and I was really hoping to get someone who knows a bit more about college to help me. Thank you for the advice!
Well, it’s fine to go to Urbana Champaign if you can afford it. UIUC is a great school…do you like UIUC at all?
Are you talking about Pace in Westchester? Why 4-6 years?
I mean Pace in NYC for 4 years and I do like it but I prefer Pace.
