<p>It took WoW 3 weeks to read my apps and emailed me my acceptance (I sent in my app on July 4th). Therefore although the final deadline is August 18th, I’d suggest you send in your app as soon as possible because this looks like it’s first come first served. Furthermore on August 17th, a ton of people will send in their app so you will have a less of a chance for the visit in such a large pool.</p>

<p>Just an FYI, I sent in my WOW app 4 days ago and i just got an email saying that they are still accepting applications, and will release results by September 5th.</p>

<p>@ Neuroscience: I believe that only one of each type of Quest for Excellence award is given.
The decision isn’t made until after the results for the QuestBridge Prep Scholarship are out.
I had already forgotten that I even applied to the Quest for Excellence awards when QuestBridge sent me my award notification. It was a pleasant surprise.</p>
