<p>Is there a disadvantage when applying to a selective school such as NYU or Umich when you have a half semester CP credit freshman year in a biology class ?</p>

<p>Our school doesnt offer seperate honors courses for science instead they combined it with the college prep classes and have to do a semester project to obtain honors credit.
I couldnt get honors credit freshman year sem2 becuz of certain situations</p>

<p>Will it affect my admission chances?
All my other classes are ap and honors</p>
