<p>the colleges apparently don’t send out like a “bulk” mail or anything… I hadn’t received anything when everyone else did, and about 2 weeks later, I received an invitation. Keep your head up and don’t be too worried :)</p>

<p>Usually, the bigger schools don’t do any overnights through QB, from what I heard at least. They say on their FAQ sections that students can visit on their own (get a flight, stay in a dorm room, attend classes, etc). Hope that helps!</p>
<p>I haven’t received anything about the college visits either. Is that what some of you are talking about when you say you received stuff from some of Questbridge partner colleges? When are the college visits scheduled for?</p>
<p>I’m not sure about the Amherst one, but I received one from Williams, and another from Oberlin. (I’m not applying to the Oberlin one…I also got something from Pomona College, and the “all-expense paid thing” doesn’t really matter when it’s not too far from where I live.)
The dates vary. I believe the Williams one has one from Oct. 1-3, and Oct. 15-17. It’s around then. I know the Williams one starts on Thursdays, but I can’t remember if those are the exact dates.
Maybe find the application online and apply.</p>

<p>I just got one from Wellesley, in an email, that’s supposed to take place mid October. Did anyone else get something from them? If so, are you going to apply for the travel grant?</p>

<p>Yea, I received one from Williams, Wesleyan, Oberlin, and Wellesley.
And I got something else from Pomona College, but not from QB.</p>
