College Radio

<p>What are some college radio’s that teach students everything they need to know to become successful in radio and have a comfortable atmosphere for everyone to participate? How hard is it to generally become involved in the radio station? Is previous experience in radio/journalism needed?</p>

<p>As far as I’m aware, at most colleges they’re happy enough to just have a warm body sitting infront of the mic at the wee hours of the night.</p>

<p>WBRU at Brown has a weekly audience of over 200,000, and many of its alumni have gone on to careers in commercial radio or journalism, like Chris Berman and Christiane Amanpour.</p>
