I have a question about the College Report. When I opened the report in PDF form for different schools I am applying to, I noticed that in the section about explaining disciplinary history it says “Please attach a separate sheet of paper or use your written recommendation…” I don’t have any disciplinary history, but where is this written recommendation??? No where else in the evaluation section does it list a written recommendation.
I really hope my advisor doesn’t have to write one because she doesn’t know me very well. I’m already concerned about the part where they have to check if they recommend “enthusiastically,” “strongly,” etc.
