I agree on seeking new treatments, ibuprofen is of little help in treating migraines for most people. There are many effective meds available for migraines in many countries They work for most people, literally stopping the migraine before it becomes severe.
Of course I don’t know your country, or how one might go about accessing a different treatment where you are, but for many, there is no reason you need to suffer from migraines, certainly not lose days or weeks of your life due to them. I hope you can find another option. Good luck.
