'Fess up dads of daughters…how many of you are hiding a little Martin Lawrence inside of you? All I can say is, thank goodness for my husband that we have sons. Yeah, I could see him being a wee bit over protective with a daughter. :)

I saw the commercial last night and it made me smile. I’m a mom and I have sons, but I fondly remember our own college road trips. Wish there were more. {sniff}

Now I’m really curious about The Soprano’s college visits, since it’s been brought up twice. That must have been a pretty interesting car ride. I read the synopsis in audiophile’s link, and I don’t think the college visits we made with our older son quite compared. lol

We’re going to be starting the process soon with S2. The mailbox is already overflowing with college info. It’s just starting to hit me, that it won’t be long until we make that first visit with him. We did our best to blend in with the other parents and hopefully will blend again. Although, I am just wicked enough to make my boys believe I have a whole list of questions that I’m planning to ask. ;)

Sorry! I hadn’t clicked the link - my little guy (kindergarten) is home from school this week, and I tend not to click links when he’s around, in case it’s something he doesn’t need to hear/see etc. Wouldn’t have posted about Tony & Meadow if I’d realized I was repeating.
