I want to major in Biomedical engineering and double major or minor in business.
I also want to do pre-med at the same time. I am an international student and looking for financial aid or a scholarship.
I can only pay up to 10,000
SAT score: 1340 (redesigned) 1890 ( Old SAT)
GPA: 3.9
And I have done a lot of Extra curriculars

I am searching for a college that would meet all my requests and would for sure accept me with my test scores and offer me financial aid or scholarship that will all way to pay $10,000 a year.
PLEASE HELP ME

You are probably going to have to look for private scholarships, US colleges give little to no financial aid for international students for undergraduate study. It is much more widely available for grad students, especially those on a Ph.D. track.
