<p>Ah, well, geographical preference isn’t really a factor for me. Nice, happy weather would be great, but not necessary. Also, a relaxed social scene would be preferable. </p>
<p>As for stats, I think I’m within range of the upper tiers. 4.0 UW, 35 ACT, two time USAMO with top 50 score, and RSI.</p>
<p>Most research is done at major universities but they don’t tend to offer the best scholarships. Many second tier LACs will give you a good scholarship. Look at the sticky thread under financial aid.</p>
