I’ve posted a thread a while back with all my stats, but this time I want to search for colleges that match my needs/interests, ignoring my stats. But here they are for reference.

Rising Senior
GPA Cumulative (9-11) UW: 3.55
GPA Cumulative (9-11) W: 3.69
Extreme Upward Trend
Rank: Not so good
Total AP/H classes taken so far: 3
Total AP tests: 10 (expecting mostly 5’s and 4’s, with a few 3’s)
SAT I: 2100 (660 R, 740 M, and 700 W), 2090 (680 R, 740 M, 670 W)
SAT II: waiting for results. Expecting 750+ on USH and Math II, 700-750 on Chem.
ECs: Basically none. Starting my own clubs next year. Volunteer work, tutor, basic stuff.

Cost is irrelevant to me.

That aside, I’m looking for a selective college that:
-Offers Astronomy/Astrophysics, Math, Government/International Studies/Politics, Physics as majors/minors. And somewhat strong in those programs.
-Absolutely gorgeous academic quality.
-Professors that DON’T look like they hate you, meaning professors that are willing to offer extra help.
-NOT a party school.
-Relative intelligent student population.
-Public, coed.
-Liberal.
-Welcoming environment for gays.
-Has plenty of resource.
-Preferably in the suburbs. I don’t care where as long as it’s not in the smacking center of a city or in the middle of nowhere.
-Preferably East or West Coast. Not Hawaii, Southern, or extremely rural states (i.e. Wyoming).
-Considers first generation college applicants.
-DOES NOT consider rank as an extremely important admission factor.
-DOES NOT strongly consider Freshman year in high school.
-Strongly considers senior year of high school.
-Considers ECs, but NOT as one of its most important admission factors.
