College Summer Program Admissions Question...

I am planning on applying to the Rowan and Drexel summer materials program as an incoming senior. One of the applications does not ask for a transcript but asks for a list of recent math and science classes and a letter grade(A+, B, C-, etc.), and a problem came about. My schools uses the 7 point grading system(A-93-100, B-85-92, C-77-84) and most colleges use the 10 point grading system (A-91-100, B-81-90, C-71-80). Suppose I got an 84 in a class, what should I write, a C+ or a B?

I don’t want to make myself look bad, but I also don’t want to accidentally lie on my application.
