College thoughts.

Hey I’m a High school freshman and I hope you guys can help me with a series of things. I am in quarter three and for the first quarter I had mostly c’s and one d. The second quarter I had a couple of c’s one d and one e. My grades are pretty screwed up because for the first and second quarter I missed ALOT of school because I get sick pretty often. Even though from here on out I am most likely going to get a’s and b’s and maybe a c each quarter(I know about overconfidence bias but I have found a method that should get me through well). Is there any way I can get into any college?

Here is some additional information about me:
I am in the Greek club.
I self taught myself 4 programming languages 2 years ago and I am very good in all of them.
Me and a bunch of my friends are going to start programming games for fun. We might try to sell the games online but we would need to do a lot of work for that.
I am extremely good at writing and I am trying to write a book just for practice. So far I have sent it to a couple of people and they think it is amazing.(not my parents they would give bad results)
My parents are Christians and I became an atheist when I was 9 because I thought It was illogical to believe in Christianity.(dont take this as an insult)
I prefer to self teach myself things because in school all the emphasize is now unfortunately all on grades and not learning. Because of this I know a bit(im going to admit it and say its barely anything but) of quantum mechanics and I know many things a freshman usually wouldn’t know.
I scored extremely high on the PSAT.
My father went to an Ivy league school for a Phd.

I know that is a lot of information above. Is there anyway I could get into college with my horrid grades?
