College Transfer after first year

I know that depending on college the requirement will differ but I heard that if you are gonna transfer after first year college’s will want to see your high school record as well. Here’s my stat:

GPA: 3.63 uw (6 APs)
SAT: 1900
SAT 2: 780 math 2c
Extracurricular Activity:

  • Taekwondo (4years)
  • Varsity Debate (2years)
  • MUN (2 years)
  • Webcomics (2 years)
  • Research (4 years)
  • Fundraising (2 years)

Should I retake my SAT and SAT 2 or just leave it as it is?

Most universities frown up applicants retaking the SAT post HS graduation, so no do not retake.
