Hey guys. I currently attend Umass Amherst. I am looking to transfer to the following universities:

University of Washington, Seattle
University of Miami
George Washington University
Tulane University
Boston University
New York University
High School Weighted GPA: 3.5-3.6
Unweight GPA: 3-3.2
Extracurriculars in high school: President of Save the Water Campaign, Model United Nations, Sports Competitions, Music Competitions, Tuck Shop, Theatre Workshop, Swimming club and Volunteering in Orphanage and Hospital.
College GPA First Semester: 3.3 to 3.4
First Semester classes:
-Intro to Statistics
-Intro to Calculus
-Astronomy/Physics
-Microeconomics
-Art History
College Extracurriculars: SASA Club (south asian student association) and internship/job as Development and Research assistant in Development office/Isenberg
I wrote my essay on cultural diversity and how I grew up around diversity that led me to grow academically and socially and how I want to transfer somewhere that gives me that opportunity. I am just wondering that all the universities I am applying to need a mid term report so if I improve my gpa to 3.7 or something. Will I have better chances of getting in?
I really need help as I am desperate to transfer.
