College won't release transcripts

I have 60 units at my community college and fulfill the requirements for SJSU (I’ve already been accepted provisionally). The problem is, I attended an out of state university last year for one semester and took 12 units there but the school won’t release my transcripts until I’m done paying all my fees (I’m on a monthly payment plan which means it should be paid for in full in about a year and a half). Since I can’t get the transcript will SJSU reascend their offer of admission? Also, at the moment, I’m enrolled in two CC’s and am taking classes (two of which will fulfill all my requirements for my major).

Call SJSU’s admissions and explain your situation. Provisionally admitted students need to provide all transcripts.
Good luck.

It is not uncommon to withhold your transcript until you pay the bill completely. Can you pay it in full now?

Maybe you have a book that has to be returned.
