<p>The fee is waived if your income is low, as I recall. It automatically checks for fee waivers.</p>

<p>Yeah, you do have to pay for it, but it’s worth it. Normally, when a college wants the PROFILE, they’ve got lots of their own money to give away. And the only way to get it is to submit the PROFILE.</p>
