<p>Just had to vent. Collegeboard is temporarily down today for routine maintenance. So they choose to do maintenance on a Saturday afternoon in early January - probably one of the most popular days for a parent to work on the CSS profile. There is such a limited window of time to complete the FAFSA and CSS in January. And for working families, the weekends are the primary times to work on it.</p>

<p>That’s what I said! Nuts. I’ve never seen maintenance done in the middle of the day - usually in the wee hours.</p>
<p>Unfortunately what is the wee hours for you will be middle of the day for someone else.</p>
<p>I’ll agree. Two of my S3’s schools require Profile on Tuesday. Of course THIS was the weekend I had made zero plans so I could get the darned thing filled out. Oh well, today I got everything together to do the absolute best estimate I can… so hopefully they are done with “maintenance” tomorrow.</p>
<p>Erin’s dad they have posted that they will be down from early in the morning 8 AM EST until almost midnight EST. The only minorly impacted are those on the opposite side of the globe.</p>
<p>Agree with you all - I finally decided it was time to tackle the darn thing yesterday only to discover it was down all day Saturday. I guess when your business is a monopoly, you don’t have to think about customer service or other minor inconveniences like that!!</p>
