Any colleges have really unique English courses?
You can find “unique” English courses at lots of colleges. Professors often like to teach higher level courses in their areas of research and interest, so that makes the offerings pretty varied. If you want a broad sample, look at the Kenyon course catalog. Pretty much all colleges have their course catalogs online, so you can go peruse the courses for any college that seems like a possible fit for you. Just remember that (1) not every course is offered every semester, and (2) if the prof teaching a "specialized’ course goes on sabbatical or leaves the university, the course might disappear for a while or for good.

You can peruse the course descriptions at the individual colleges by visiting their websites. You will know pretty quickly which of these schools’ English departments fit what you have in mind.
