I recently applied to transfer for fall 2015. Much like many of you, I am anxious for acceptances to come out. However, I am worried that I may not have listed all my colleges attended correctly. Back when I was a senior in high school, I was accepted into UC Irvine. I submitted my SIR and was set to go. In May/June, I learned that I was accepted into San Diego State off the waitlist and accepted their offer. I informed UCI and withdrew my SIR and any housing contract I had. I was all set to attend SDSU; I had my orientation date and even had my dorm assignment (just my building and room type). However, a week before orientation, a loved one started experiencing medical problems and my family decided it would be best if I stayed home and went to a CC. I alerted SDSU and received my money back. I never attended orientation. I’m probably over-thinking but is this something to worry about? Was I supposed to explain this on my application? I’m sure the answer is obvious but I’m freaking out! I appreciate any help

If you had enrolled and received a W, that would be a different issue. You’d have to mention it then
