colleges for student who goes to continuation school

im a junior in high school right now. i went to a normal high school my first two years and found that it was extremely difficult and i also didn’t know i had severe add so i got mostly bad grades (a 3.0-3.8 here and there but mostly 2.0-3.0). i’m thriving at my new school, especially with the help of medication but now i’m worried about college. i will most likely get somewhere from 1200-1300 on the sats but im willing to study and boost my score and take it as many time as it takes. im going to begin taking college courses at the local community college, i’m doing a political science camp at american university in the summer and a more difficult one at stanford which is three weeks long. also am getting an internship the first half of senior year. will i be able to get into a four year?

Of course you will. Depending on if you choose to apply to schools within your reach. Hopefully your school has a guidance counselor that can go over your options. If not, (at least in my state) the guidance counselor at your public home school should be able to advise you.

can you recommend some schools for me please?
