Colleges you can get into with UW GPA around 3.5, weak ECs, and 34 ACT that would be good for petroleum engineering or pre-med?
If you have time what you can do to improve?
GPA 3.5 is certainly not excellent but it is not bad for most colleges.
ACT 34 is VERY good. Why is your GPA relatively low?

I think you can get a scholarship at Alabama with those stats.
One has to wonder what sort of scholarships Oklahoma have… knowing that Alberta would prove to be rather expensive.
