<p>Which colleges are partial to international applicants? e.g. I’ve seen many posts on CC saying “I though Cornell takes in pretty much any international not seeking aid”. Are these true, even if exaggerated? I’m looking only at the top universities.</p>

<p>I’ve heard otherwise - they say specifically on their site that internationals asking for finaid best not apply. Or doesn not seeking aid change the whole thing? I would love to know where this is coming from.</p>
