<p>Wouldn’t the answer be most public state flagships, and perhaps a few of the public state secondary university? Eliminate from the list public state colleges that are inherently commuter schools. These are ones for which 90+% of the students are inherently local and live within commuting distance of their parent’s home.</p>
<p>UMass Amherst, UDel, perhaps UMD-CP?</p>
<p>All the other BIG schools except Northwestern. (BIG=Big Ten). Most are a bit nicer and in better towns too.</p>
