<p>University of Arizona and Arizona State University are still accepting applications and both have Aerospace Engineering. They cost more than California public schools, but you can get the rigorous education you deserve and could potentially transfer with a stronger background. Both cost around 24-25K OOS, which is low for OOS tuition at a public school.</p>
