Colleges that accept a 2.5 gpa

Do you have any schools that accept 2.5 gpa or higher in New York City & other states ?

Why not try putting your GPA and SAT scores into any of the many college search tools available and see what comes up?

^^^good idea. try the one in the column on the left called SuperMatch.

You need to prepare to pay full load with that stat.

Are you a junior trying to get ideas or a senior who has no college to go to?
What is your parents’ budget?

Thank You @bopper @jkeil911‌

Can you tell me a little more about yourself, your school, your course-load, and your interests? My older son had an unweighted GPA that wasn’t much better than that. He got into our state flagship university on basis of school profile and test scores. If you’re interested in Pacific Northwest, look into Evergreen State. If you are interested in arts and media/communications, look at Columbia College Chicago. In NYC, you might have a shot at Pace (depending on test scores, ability to pay, and intended department). Possibly Adelphi or Hofstra on Long Island, or Fairleigh-Dickinson in NJ. St. John’s and Seton Hall might be potential matches, also, in NY region.

Yes, Pace will take you for full load. But, they have weed out classes in the first or second year and if you cannot heck through it, you will be dropped. In the 70’s, there was a program at Pace to give full ride to a group of disadvantaged students, almost all of them disappeared after the first year. One of the attending students was my roommate.
