Colleges that are easy to get into ... Are they worth it?

<p>Iron Maiden–that is my experience too. I know far more grads from “top” schools that struggled to get jobs then kids that went to state directionals.</p>

<p>sansserif - I attended York and I can say it was definitely worth it. It is private as opposed to public but they are decently priced and give aid as well. The classes are challenging and they are pretty well respected in PA. My course work definitely prepared me for my job and I had no problem finding one and moving laterally up the company over the last 7 years. You should have her look into there. I’d be happy to answer whatever questions you have if she is interested.</p>

<p>Think you might have more options that you think with a “B” average. Below is a link of schools that applicants with average gpa’s might consider. Schools like Pepperdine in California and Fordham in NYC are on the list - they certainly have pretty good reputations in their respective geographic areas.</p>
