Colleges that easily transfers credits (Electrical Engg program)

<p>I’m specifically looking for colleges that’s cool about transferring credits without too much fuss including foriegn coursework. Most colleges make you run pillar to post and set up too much barrier for transferring work done at other institutions. </p>
