Colleges that give the most financial aid/merit?

Paying for College
1

Which Top colleges (other then the Ivy League) are most likely to give financial aid or merit based aid to low-income international students.

2

For need aid, likely the 6 that are ‘need blind’ and ‘meet full need’ = Harvard, Yale, Princeton, Dartmouth, MIT, and Amherst.

And ‘need aware’ but will ‘meet need’ if you are accepted = rest of the Ivy league, Chicago, Stanford and many other selectives, SLACs
