Tracksoccer(?): You should go online and find Ping American College Golf Guide and golfstat.com for more information. Golf stat lists all college golf programs and the scores for the top 5 players at each school. You can see what the players shoot at each school. It also includes e-mail information for each coach. Junior Golf Scoreboard is also a good site.
My daughter played in AJGA golf tournaments in the north east and met coaches before and after the tournaments. Send e-mails to each coach you are interested in and be sure to fill out their on-line questionnaire. You should also investigate top regional tournaments in the north east. You should join the AJGA if you have not done so already.
We did not think that college golf combines were a good use of money, but some players found schools that way. If you check out the resources I mentioned you can find many golf schools and tournaments. Good luck!
