Any college that doesn’t require those records for anyone with less than 30 credit hours couldn’t possibly be legit. Even community colleges ask for this information. Many schools require 60+ or an associates. It seems to be pretty common with state schools and schools with 2+2 articulation agreements.

University of Miami only requires hs and test scores for students with less than 30 credits. 30+ only need to provide name and date of graduation.

Many colleges and universities do not require HS transcripts or test scores after a student has earned 30 college credits. I have even seen institutions that won’t ask for them if the student has 24 credits!
