Colleges that offer their own non-need-based private loans?

I am an international student. Finding a good college that would let me borrow money from them directly (as I’m an international student) would be perfect. I don’t need to borrow full tuition. I need about 15.000$ (for a 45,000$ tuition college). Sadly, it looks like most top private colleges cost in the 40k-45k range, with few exceptions.
I do have co-signers (my parents) with excellent credit and good income in my country, but not in the US.
I’m asking this because I’ve read about Northwestern’s parent loan, which allows parents of international students borrow up to the full cost of tuition (or something like that) and is not need based. Maybe there is a list of colleges that offer loans like this? Or is NU the only one?
I would prefer that the loan isn’t need based because applying for financial aid significantly decreases my chances of getting into most colleges.

Yes, I am of course applying to schools I can afford without taking loans (publics and some low-ranked privates).

Thank you in advance.

Most colleges are not lending institutions. Most will not extend you a loan for $15,000. You will not find a U.S. Lending institution to lend you money without a U.S. cosigner.

Are there any loans available to your parents in YOUR country?

northwestern seems to have something called the Kellogg loan. I will venture that this is the exception rather than the rule.

And just FYI…the cost of attending those tippy top schools is more like $60,000 a year.

So…you would need to borrow $30,000 a year, not $15,000. $120,000 of undergrad debt is way too much.
