<p>I’m heading into my senior year and I’m right in the middle of my college search, as well as a bunch of projects i’m heading as student council/student body president. I build a large wind turbine this year, and this summer i’m building 5 solar panels. Together, these things will power a greenhouse that I’m also building (all for the school I attend in central maine).</p>
<p>So my question is, what are some schools that look… kindly upon projects such as these? I’m looking for good schools that have good engineering programs, as that’s my main area of focus.</p>
<p>My current list of schools (in order) is:
MIT (a stretch for anyone, no doubt).
Columbia
Carnegie Mellon
Dartmouth</p>
