Colleges with Opportunities for Adult Learners

Hello! I am trying to find the best options for my brother. He didn’t know what he wanted to do when he graduated high school and so he didn’t go to college immediately. Now, 23, he decided he want to become a doctor, theoretically, a general practitioner. He did not work hard in high school, though, being an angsty teen, so he had a low GPA, (2 point something.) However, he is very bright. He never took the real one, but on a practice SAT he scored a 1380 (old version). (700 math, 640 Writing). I was just hoping to compile some options for him to look into. He’s okay with moving to attend an affordable option. I’m sorry this question is so open-ended. I attended college immediately and on full scholarship so I’m not sure where to start to help him, apart from google searches. Any information you can provide or points in the direction of information would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!

My apologies, it was 640 Reading, not writing.

His best bet is a local community college then a transfer for a 4 year university.
