Colleges with wide flexibility and beautiful campuses?

I live in Michigan, and I am in love with two different colleges for two different reasons. Grand Valley State has the prettiest campus and best dorms (full kitchens!) that I have ever seen, and MSU Honors College has the flexibility (easy[ish] to double major, enter classes with restrictions without meeting criteria, replace basic classes with classes that interest you individually in the same field (ex: History 101 replaced with Russian History) that I need (I have no clue what I want to do, and MANY interests). Each also offer a wide variety of degrees.

So, basically, I’m looking for a combination of the two. I’m not too interested in liberal arts colleges, simply because they do not have the breadth of programs and choices that state univesities offer.

Does anyone know of any colleges that meet these criteria?

(I am going to visit Cornell; I really don’t know much about that school)
