<p>I am a student from India who applied to structural engineering masters programs in many US universities.
I have received admits for MS from University of Colorado-Boulder and MEngg at Pennstate University. As I have always been interested in MS i am skeptical about the latter. </p>
<p>How do these universities compare based on structural engg(program courses, faculty & placements). After the data that went through I find it even, but am worried taking the risk to switch once I enroll at pensstate. what are the chances of a switch.</p>
