<p>I am a junior this year and I am interested in Civil Engineering as a major. I would like to attend a summer program like Columbia’s Summer Engineering Design program.

However I do not have the money needed to go. Do you know if Columbia gives scholarships to OOS people? If not, are there other summer programs like that one?</p>
