Did anyone who got deferred or rejected get an email first?
Considering the fact that I am an international student applying for financial aid, deferral is probably meant to be the result… “However, even very competitive foreign candidates who are applying for financial aid and fall out of the “need-blind” category may be deferred to Regular Decision so the Admissions Committee can review the entire global applicant pool.” (quoting the FAQ section from the undergrad admission web page) Darn I have to admit I’m somewhat bummed but I still have a chance! To those of you who were accepted CONGRATS!!
Look forward guys, this is not the end of the world. This is only one college out of probably 10 colleges on your list, and you will get into somewhere nice no matter what.
