<p>I’m pretty sure this is only for east coast applicants though, but yay for us east coast kids?</p>

<p>I’m pretty sure it’s for everyone; I got an email about it and I’m from the Midwest. Wouldn’t really be fair if they only limited it to East coast kids, and where do you define the boundaries, anyway?</p>

<p>i think most east coast schools will extend deadlines, because they have to worry about power outages on their ends too. natural disasters always favor the lazy :)</p>

<p>i’m confused about that. commonapp still says the early deadline is 11/01 for other colleges (upenn, wellesley) i got emails from too.</p>

<p>I sent an email to common app and they replied saying we would be able to submit our applications according to the deadline set by the colleges!</p>

<p>I submitted mine tonight, but CommonApp said they’ll process the payment tomorrow. </p>
<p>Typically deadlines are the day of… So I’m guessing Nov 5 up 'till 11:59pm EST. I’m glad I got it done and very thankful for the extension. :D</p>
