Question, I am bit in a panic.
I applied in February and my application says submitted but it doesn’t say it’s “review” mode. I got an email saying my application is received but nothing else.
Is that the same situation with everyone or should I call them?

It should say submitted and mine doesn’t say anything else more. I never got the notification “in review”. No idea what’s happening.

Do we also get an email when we submitted the docuemnts ? for recommendation letter we do get i know but for the other docuements like essay or transcript ?

It should just be the checklist, nothing saying your apps being reviewed.
