I just want to know what my chances are at transferring into Columbia 2018

A’s in all courses freshman to junior year 5 APs and 12 honors classes (Took hardest courses possible)
Senior year: 5 APs and 3 Honors courses.
I got 4 B+'s

I’m taking 21 Credits by the time I apply and plan on maintaining a perfect 4.0 at my state school. Do you think if I keep my grades up and retake then I’ll have a decent shot (granted I write a strong essay)? Or did senioritis hit me too hard second semester and that my B+s will hurt me a lot? I originally was deferred then rejected from the University
