<p>Those of you applying to Columbia and for Financial Aid, exactly what forms are required of us? The website is unclear. There is a Columbia Financial Aid Form for Transfers like there is for Regular Applicants, but it is dated for 2002-2003 and not listed as a requirement. However, the Track Your Application website lists it as a requirement. The people over the phone told me today that it is a requirement and that we have to fill it out under “Continuing Students”, then she put me on hold then told me it’s not normally required but that they were requesting it from me, then she put me on hold and then told me that I do not need to submit the form, that they were going to waive it.</p>
