Anyone know what time decisions come out today? Also is it by email/phone call?
I got my UPenn waitlist offer by email but my friend got CMU by phone call so it varies by school

although the facebook group has around 1700 people in it, remember all of those people aren’t necessarily enrolled freshman. the group is open to all admits and there may be people who committed to another school but didn’t leave the facebook group.

i’m not waitlisted anywhere else. do any other ivy waitlists you might be on say they normally release after the 15th, like columbia? i’ve seen that a couple of the ivies have already released waitlists

^ Same question. I’m not sure why it would be today if they said they wouldn’t release until the 15th or later.
it’s just based off of the forums from the past few years. even though columbia always say there will be no movement until the 15th, the first wave has come out this friday every year. then there is generally one more wave next friday. once again, this is just relative and this year is a clear anomaly, but if columbia continues under normal function then the first wave should come out sometime tonight

I am always very skeptical about only a handful of people reporting that they have heard. Sometimes people lie. If this was the first wave, I feel like there would be more activity here or on Reddit…
someone in the reddit wl gc sent their email acceptance from Dean Marinaccio and it seems legit. Congrats to them and good luck for the rest of us next week!
