Columbia vs Notre Dame

I am stuck between chemistry, economics, English, and history, which is why it’s hard to decide between the two universities because of not being sure what direction I want to take, though I know my dream is to be a college professor.

I come back to this. This sentence honestly makes no sense to me. This is like saying “I am stuck between gymnastics, swimming, wrestling, and javelin, but I dream of being an Olympian” at age 18.
