I think they only respond to emails related to application updates
I do wish they would just let us know. I think this week will be very telling but in the end no one really knows.
I hope you guys who sent emails hear something back it’s like a small light at the end of the tunnel every time some hears back.

I think it depends on the subject of the email. If you mentioned that it is an application update, they would have responded. I also emailed them a few weeks ago asking a question related to my application, and they didn’t respond. However, they responded to the application update🤷🏻♀️
I also sent an application update like yesterday they still haven’t replied

According to tineocollegeprep, Columbia is being flooded with emails regarding the waitlist (questions, updates, etc.), so they just stopped responding. They may or may not accept people and just close the waitlist at this point, sadly. 
I called them a few hours ago, and they said they haven’t accepted anyone off the waitlist and that they don’t have any information regarding the waitlist. She said we just have to wait.

I feel like they are saying this to everyone but in reality there have been several people online who claimed to have gotten in including tineocollegeprep’s students. I don’t know what to believe anymore.

tysm! yk what guys, i feel they’ll do a wave soon- just give them time, we’ll get there dw! and dont trust sources online, unless its coming from columbia- some ppl really love stirring stuff up. Just be patient, there will be an end- ( crying inside cuz they took the meaning of waiting list WAYYY to literally AHAHAHAH )

last year they released that the class was full on the 12th of June, so welp- 4 days away from that 
this year is different bc of a lot of things, i doubt itll be over by then
