<p>I believe you have a shot at all the schools you are interested in. But I do have one suggestion of another school you may want to look into. That is St. Lawernce University in Canton, York. It meets all your requirements and offers a top notch education, with the amount of majors you would find at any Ivy league school. <p>i am not expert, but u will prolyy have to get that ACT up to a 33. A 31 is a tad bit low for columbia whose acceptence rate is less than 10%</p>
