I’ve heard about this option, and would like to consider it (biochem). However, does HOPE cover graduate school costs beyond the designated hours? I think not… So does that mean that students have to pay the graduate school courses after HOPE money runs out?
However, for science major such as biochem, grad students admitted have remissed tuition plus stipend, is this the case for combined bs/ms students?

bump anyone?

Not familiar with the hard sciences but in the social sciences, the strategy is to dual-enroll for as long as possible. If you save one or two undergrad. req’s – usually the physical ed. req – then HOPE will cover tuition because you’re still undergrad. To the best of my knowledge, HOPE will not cover graduate tuition.

I think stipends and tuition breaks generally go to MS and PHD students, not the combined BS folks. I’m sure someone on here can shed more light – if not, try asking the BS/MS coordinator for FCAS if s/he has any information on the dual degree program.

Hope this helps.

thanx a lot, anyone else?
